   Please visit the SideBySide website for (https://flagday.sidebyside.org.hk) and select "Flag Day Volunteer Registration" on the homepage to register.
2. Can I register as a parent-child volunteer?
   Yes, you can fill in the accompanying volunteer information in Part 3 of the registration form.
3. What constitutes a successful registration?
   After submitting the required information, the page will display a successful registration, and the system will automatically send a confirmation email to the email address you provided within 10 minutes.
4. Why haven't I received a confirmation email after registering?
   If you have not received the confirmation email, please check your spam or junk mail folder. If you still have not received the confirmation email 24 hours after registering, please contact the organisation's staff (phone: 2527 4018 / WhatsApp: 5646 5397 / Email：flag@sidebyside.org.hk)。
5. Can I register as both a street flag day volunteer and an online flag day volunteer?
   Yes, please register separately on the "Flag Day Volunteer Registration" and "Online Volunteer Registration" pages.
6. When can I start receiving flag bags and other materials?
   The organisation's staff will contact registered volunteers in mid-July 2023 regarding the distribution of materials.
