Jockey Club ‘Craft Your Life Together’ Co-living Community Project (JCCCP)

The Project aims to support the two target groups to go through critical transitions in life journey, and assist them in building social capitals and realising independence and autonomy in the community to achieve a sustainable and meaningful life.

• Out-of-home Youths (OHYs): aged 16 to 24 that are leaving residential child care service or with a lack of family support and cannot move back to their own families
• Persons in Recovery (PIRs): male aged 15 or above with ex-mentally illness, stable mental and physical health condition

• Redevelopment of Shau Kei Wan House
• Development of a new co-living service model and carrying out a Pilot Run
• 3-year service implementation in Jockey Club Key House

2019:  Commencement of redevelopment of Shau Kei Wan House

2020:  Demolition of Shau Kei Wan House

2021

• Commencement of JCCCP Pilot Run and developed the new Synergistic Co-living Model
• Jockey Club Key House ground breaking ceremony

		30 September:  The Pilot Run Graduation Ceremony was held at the Former North Kowloon Magistracy with the participation of officiating guests from SideBySide, The Hong Kong Jockey Club, community partners and stakeholders, participants and volunteers.
