Implemented by SideBySide and fully supported by Hang Seng Bank, the ‘Hang Seng Youth Career Planning Scheme’ (‘the Scheme’) strives to provide career development services for disadvantaged youths. Through various types of activities, the Scheme equips the youths with the necessary knowledge and soft skills, enables them to explore different industries and opportunities, and enhances their understanding of self and career pathway. By expanding their networks and exposure; and strengthening resources for entrepreneurship and employment, the Scheme aims to break through the limitations of their career development and reverse social mobility.

Scheme Target
- Disadvantaged youths aged 16 to 30 years old who decide to be entrepreneurs or need employment support or career development
- Including but not limited to young ex-offender, arrested youth awaiting trial, youth in recovery of mental illness, youth having special educational needs and youth dropped out at an early age
*Case referral and self-approach are welcomed
