Milan is a Nepalese who born in Hong Kong. Since he was a drug addict, he fully understands the struggle and pain of non-Chinese drug addicts. He also understands the challenges faced by ethnic minorities living in Hong Kong. Therefore, after recovering, he has joined SRACP as a peer supporter for more than 10 years and help ethnic minorities with drug problems. He hopes to help them break the cycle and restore a healthy life.
